Setting up a Progidy M build. Questions about Water cooling

Hey guys! I've been putting computers together since I was old enough to take them apart, and now my buddy has asked for help for a build. He's... newish to the idea, and so he let me take the reigns. I suggested a Progidy mITX build, but as soon as I found out the M was coming out, I dropped that in an instant for a mATX build.

Now, we've got the hardware figured out mostly, and it'll look something like this:

Bitfenix Progidy M
ASUS Z87M-PLUS
XFX DD 7950 3gb
I7 4770
Hard drive
16gb RAM @ 1600
CorsairH100i

So. we run into a problem. First off, I've never done water cooling of any sort, and haven't even honestly looked into it. I'm an air flow artist, so watercooling has never drawn my attention, but for this build, for some reason, it's calling to me.

Now, with the Progidy M, the mATX flip, the GPU will be on the top of the board, with it's inflow coming from the top of the case, so I can't put my radiator up there, otherwise the GPU and Radiator will be fighting eachother for air flow. Directly. From the looks of it, they might even be touching in this build, and if not, within a cenimeter or two. So I want to put the radiator at the bottom, two 120mm fans on top for intake, putting air directly to the GPU, and one 120mm out the back.

Now, what do we do with the PSU?

I don't want to move it if I don't have to, end up having to cut a new hole in the case for it.

It definitely looks like the radiator doesn't have room to sit beside the PSU. Do you have any ideas? If you'd move the PSU, where would you move it? Or would you just go with an H80i?

What about mounting it opposite the PSU?

I was hoping to be able to do the H100i, the 2x120mm radiator. Worst case, what you showed it probably what we would end up going with.
Ahh I gotcha.

It might be tough, but there looks to be room to install the H100i vertically, opposite the motherboard. You'd have to install some kind of bracket to affix it but it looks doable.

Actually, since you mention it, it does come with a HDD rack that mouns opposite the mobo. I could dremel a hole in that, and use that.

That's actually a really outstanding idea. Thanks.
