USB Flash Drive Performance and Dose Price Determine Speed?? - Page 2

Running CrystalDiskMark would have given you a general overview of how those flash drives perform. I agree, though, SanDisk Extreme is great. Tom's has a round-up of USB 3.0 flash drives and they found the SanDisk Extreme to be the most well-rounded of the bunch. I've got a few 16GB and 32GB Extremes for doing quick file copies. I don't really have much use for the 64GB model, though and at the time I bought the Extremes, the 64GB cost the same as 120/128GB SSD+USB3.0 enclosure.

Actually I am waiting on a 256GB Kingstone HyperX that I got on Ebay for less than 100 dollars

Thanks for the CrystalDiskMark I have it now so I guess I will have to do some more testing..
