Got it to boot. Pulled the CMOS battery. Booted to safe mode and reformatted. Working fine now. No idea what the issue was.

Maybe it was a bad bios update? Who knows

I saw the CPU Vcore being 1.29 something, can you check how it is now? Maybe it was that since looking at your sig it says you have a 1090T.

EDIT: Never mind, stock vCore is 1.125V when idle and up to 1.400V when in turbo boost mode. I agree with previous post.
