Need a small, aesthetic DAP/MP3 player - Page 2

Alright that is cool just wanted to show you another option. Warning about the Cowon C2, I hear the UI can be un-intuitive and anger inducing.

Dunno I'm not sure how good the digitizer is on the C2. I kind of prefer physical buttons for an Mp3. That way you don't have to pull it out of your pocket to go to the next song or pause you know? That iBasso seems like a good deal looking at the features it has. I will definitely consider it. I'm in no rush.

I vote for Colorfly C3. You can also consider the Rocoo P DAP.

That c2 seem like an incredibly unpractical device, i'd get something with physical buttons. I don't know about you but i don't want to look at my device every time I wan't to skip/forward. The iBasso looks great tho, pretty similar in spec as the X3 but better button layout.

If i had to choose between those two I'd recommend the rocoo. The full touch interface on that c3 looks downright terrible.

It is not bad at all. You quickly get use to it. I have the C3 myself and I liked it a lot. I personally believe that it is the best sounding DAP under $300. Honestly though, I just use my DAP to play music and I rarely switch songs. Sometimes I will change the volume, but that is really about it. You get use to the layout really quickly.

and no one suggests the Sansa Clip+ w/ SD card...WHAT!?

It's the cheapest, smallest and best option. It's moronic suggesting anything else. Really.
Don't fall for the Head-fi source kool-aid.

Sansa Clip+ is a great DAP as well. I personally prefer my Colorfly C3 though. smile.gif
