You can't. You just need to up your voltage to compensate.

Which is why you should really consider getting a waterblock. My cards start drooping like **** at 73C+, so if I keep it below that I can reach clocks up to 1420 with it (tested by putting my PC besides my window, everything at full fan speed, heat turned off, about 2C ambient, of course I can't game like this, but it was interesting to see how much more awesome this card is at good temps)

I'm going with a NZXT G10 bracket. I will report when I get it installed sometime next month. Also, what is your memory frequency when running 1400Mhz? If you are not pushing 1700Mhz or more, then there is little reason to push it that hard.

I don't even know how to do that i think smile.gif so i don't think thats the problem, i got the stock bios, and stock LN2 bios, not any skyn3t yet, so i don't know if this could be a factor?

This didn't happen like 7-10 days ago. but then i updated the drivers and this began to happen. then i downgraded my drivers to an older version and it still happens. it's like is it something with my card now.
Perhaps you wanna try to re-install to the old driver via DDU v102 smile.gif Cek your monitor too, maybe there is a problem.

Thanks. I'm interested to see what it will do if I can hit 1450. That is going to be my goal. With 1415 at +125 on the volts now, it might be within reach.thumbsupsmiley.png

I've had this before, do you have afterburner set to apply the overclock on startup? If OCed too high & crashing at windows loading uninstall AB in safe mode & that should clear it up.

Otherwise something up with the nvidia driver (corrupted or something). I've had that a couple times & I never did find a way to fix it without reinstalling windows.
