My Build is yellow and black themed so having blue led's is not ideal. Any ideas on how to remove or turn these off?

Yeah. I don't know that anyone has been able to get rid of the lights other than using electrical tape. Mine is a black and yellow mainly too. It blends in well with my AsRock OC Formula other than the leds. tongue.gif

There is some kind of LED control with the GeForce experience, but i don't think it supports the LED from the lightning, but you could check it out smile.gif

So card arrived today:

http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/dsndy/

It has a B1 Chip, Hynix Ram and an ASIC of 75%

Man is this card heavy. Also it barely fits in my case, there are probably 2mm space left between HDD cage and the card:

tp5oz5fm.jpg

At stock the card boosts constantly with 1110@1.12v in Unigine Valley.

First OC: 1228@1.12v

Second OC: 1360@1.234v

Both were tested with 2 Loops Valley. Sadly the card did not hold the 1360 because it ran into power target. I guees I need to flash the unlocked BIOS. But so far I'm very happy, it's definetely an upgrade from my previous MSI N780 Gaming Editon. The card needed 1.162v@1202 allthought the ASIC was pretty much the same (74.6%)

You got a B1 core smile.gif so you will get some REALLY good clocks.

My MSI 780 lightning B1 core hits 1411 @ 1.254v. I benched it at 1.32v @ 1450, but i didn't like using that much power. For these extreme clocks I have a dwood bracket and H55 on the card smile.gif works great

Good luck bro and grats! I am jealous, would LOVE to have 2 b1 core lightnings in SLI.

Thanks, man. thumb.gif

I would also like to have two of those babys, but I can not afford it currently. Despite the 500 euros for another card I would also need a new power supply. (currently 580W bequiet straight power E9)

Is it true that the card does OC a bit better in LN2 mode? Also is the power target increased in LN2 mode?

Depends, I have read some people that say they got better clocks on normal mode. Once I got my card, I downloaded the bios on the front page of this thread to get unlocked power.

So basically my power limit is 287%. I have no throttling at 80c. When I set to 1411, it stays there regardless. I used the Skyn3t's LN2 "Unlocked" vBIOS >>HYNIX MEMORY SUPPORT, since my B1 card came with Hynix memory.

If you don't flash it you will be limited by your power....You can thank Nvidia for that. Luckily Skynet is 1 badass mofo to let us untap our true powa!!!

Congrads! It sounds like you got a winner of a card there. These things suck a ton of juice when they are clocked up too. Mine made my 900 watt power supply scream bloody murder when I was benching at 1450.

By the way, that is one monsterous looking air cooler there. It looks big enough to run with no fan. tongue.gif

You mean it will get to the welcome screen and just sit there for a full minute? This only happens with the ln2 bios?

Yeah only in LN2 everytime i restart it will do that it doesnt show the welcome screen its just black screen but does show the windows symbol as it normally does, but if i shut down and turn the comp back on it will load fine the strange thing is when i log in it changes my background like i just added the card to my system on first boot. but when i go back to normal bios its fine boots right up without a hitch.

Myfriend just got samsung memory, what type of Skyn3t 's BIOS mod for his card, guys? I see on page 1 Rev 3 & Rev 4 are for Hynix memory. Maybe Rev 2 does? Cause it said for non hynix.
Damn I am so jealous biggrin.gif
Wish I had that chip tongue.gif
