Valley and 3dmark 11 starting fps seems ok at least... But really dont understand what the deal is, even redid my drivers and swapped to stock Bios.
my noob guess would be .
maybe something to do with "EnableUlps" in register .
i dunno if that also applies to Nvidia cards and SLI.
but asfar as i know EnableUlps needs to be disabled with multicard configs..
if it exist on nvidia cards ,then it should be under:
and then DWORD in right window , EnableUlps
1 = enable
if it aint there ,then i am probably mistaken with AMD cards, and then it is best you leave it the way it was.

I get the feeling from these post (no one specifically said it is locked) that ab doesn't work on voltage control, I don't know I'll try in the am and see what I have going on with it. Has anyone email Msi about this subject[/quote]
asfar as i can see , the voltages were never locked in bios.
if i put it in Kepler bios tweaker tool v 1.25
only the sliders for MAX voltage 1# & 2# were locked for change.
but the slider at 1# was already put to max, so no need for change.
the slider at 2# was limited a bit lower , maybe 1 or 2 offsets lower.
anyways i believe these are for the GPU boost voltages.
i think you can still override the voltages at P00 state and P02 state, and put them at a fixed setting.
ill bet ,then the voltages will be more stable and easier to offset in afterburner.
but thats my guess.
im still waiting for my card to be delivered , so i can't test myself yet.
but i will soon , and give some feedback on my findings.
i am still going to buy the card , because it is the best GTX 780 in components contest.
i really don't care about software or bios issues , those will be fixed in the future .
i can tell that for almost sure.Edited by chiefDRE29 - 9/20/13 at 1:19pm
