As long as they have the same amount of VRAM yes

The faster card will just run the same speed as the slower card

You can still SLI them even if they don't but you'll end up with only 2GB VRAM, essentially gimping the card with the higher VRAM amount.

I knew this. I was 99.9% sure it would work. Just wanted 100% confirmation. Made sure I bought the 4gb version so that doesn't happen

No you cant i tried that first hand so i know 100% you cant

You could in the past but Nvidia removed the option from the drivers
