Is there any reason why you don't want to a set of over the ear headphones?
If you really don't want to wear them, then I'd recommend sticking with speakers. I'd only use those crappy things if I were on a laptop and needed to hear stuff, while not making any noise myself.
my thing was is that I love my speakers, I have a set of klipsch pro media 2.1s and a set of Swan M10s but i have this OCD thing where I cant have anything touching me alot or it bugs me. like I cant swear any jewelry or watches and even T-shirts touching my neck bugs me big time.
I have a set of Monoprice 8323s which im finding to me an issue cause my OCD because its to much bulk on my head and im screwing with it to much to get it comfortable. I also have a pair of Samson SASR850s and there just to big and annoying me as well.
This is why is asked about IEMs if they can be capable for gaming. I use a crappy pair of IEMs that came with my galaxy S3 for music and they dont bug me when there in my ears so I figured maybe they make some decent gaming IEMs that I could use but I figured the 10mm driver would be to small to give me anything good.
I dont have alot of money so im limited. unless I can find a super comfortable VERY light weight over the ear that when its on my head I hardly notice it then im stuck. ive tried a few different headphones and they all seem to heavy and they bug me
