Talk to any mouse manu Razer, Logitech they will tell you that yes a driver can fix issues with mouse lag and how, its rather simple. end of discussion.

Hope you get a new mouse that works Shame486! I am in the market for one myself just haven't chosen one yet possibly G700.

A driver will not fix the issue OP is describing.

This requires SROM flash over USB, granted its either implemented, or simply not capable due to controller choice (OTP).

Look on the Logitech forums. There is a big long thread about there being a serious bug with G600 firmware that you won't be able to fix. They're replacing the models affected. Go have a look and maybe contact Logitech support.

from what i read basically if you have one of the new ones you can update the firmware via usb, if you have an old one you can contact support and they'll replace it with the new revision
