Well seeing how I have only seen the Eisberg online in videos and photos and not in person, I can't say much. There are some changes though:

HI everyone,
Has anyone had any success usin the alphacool variant with the AMD mounting hardware? My girlfreind got one of these things for her birthday and between the two of us we can't work out how to get the damn bracket on without using exessive force. We can't work out if we're doing something wrong / have a defective unit / or just AMD mounting hardware was an afterthought no one has tried to use before.

I can't find any information online regarding the AMD mounting hardware and would very much like to get this fixed

Many thanks in advance

Hitting it with a hammer worked. (I'm surprised too)
Needless to say I leak tested the **** out of it afterwards.

If she upgrades to an Intel CPU I am ****ed, that mounting plate is NEVER coming off.

Thanks for the help anyways.
