ordered all the accessories I need just awaiting delivery and to do the final examination of the designs before they get cut Could still be a while.
Both parts are being cut in 5mm for testing. If the fan mount is strong enough then ill change that to 3mm. Im having a few done in 5mm so can be sent out to people to test before final release
Im odering bulk on the parts that are cheap lile nuts bolts washers n batches of 2000+ and will do a run off 100 brackets at a time. Need to look at copper shims for those who need em.
Right I now neef to think of a logo or name, what suggestions would you have
These GPU brackets wont see much of any heat when attached. Like M3TAL said, a majority of the heat will go into the cold plate. They arent directly attached to the GPU, they are used to hold the pump down, so they will be placed around the pump for mounting pressure and support.
The ones made by Sigma_Cool; I can place my hand anywhere on the bracket and it is still cool to the touch after gaming and furmark, among other benchmarks during testing. Those are made with acrylic.
@Richie, I would love to be one of the testers for your first round of brackets.
As far as logo names, I dont know how relevant to the brackets they might be, but here's a random few:
