Need information about the "dual display"

Thread Starter
Hi, first SORRY for my english (thjis is not my native language)

I have a little question about the dual display of my computer. I have a Asus M11BB, AMD A8-5500, 4 cores@3.2Ghz, GPU Build-in ATI 7560D.

I have a 24" monitor and a 47" television. I want sometime play game on my TV. My screen resolution on my monitor is a native 1920x1080, same for my television. My monitor is plug with the HDMI, and my TV with DVI.

But I have a question: if i play a game, does the GPU will calculate twice the information to send the data on both display or the GPU will calculate one and clone the display? I don't know if you understand what is my question?

Because I can run great game into the native resolution of my monitor (1920x1080) with very good high graphic (some game I set to medium like Splinter Cell Black List)... so if I enable the dual display and set in windows the "clone" screen, does when I play game the GPU will works twixce to push graphics or because the resolution is the same the GPU will only copy the output to second display.

Hope you understand my question!

Yes. Your GPU will work harder with dual display.
