gtx 660 artifacts

hey guys so i have a six months old gaming pc and it worked fine until yesterday
whenever i start up my pc it starts random artifacts on the windows logo red blocks but sometimes it works normal and then i luanched heaven 4.0 and it
worked for like 5 mins and then it crashed with the red blocks this started happening when i installed windows 8 but then i thought that windows 8 was the culprit so i swiytched back and its the same thing so should i format my hdd and install windows 7 again? plz help TEMPS ARE always under 50.Here is a picture of it happening to google chrome and other stuff

have you reseated the card? check the power going to the card? latest drivers? tried older drivers?

most importantly, did you install anything recently that may have caused this issue?

yes bro reseted the card 5 times,unplugged and plugged back the 6 pin,have a 500w corsair so i think it should be enough,yea tried the older driver's nothing :/ no it started happening when i got windows 8 so i switched back and its still here frown.gif
