ok this is a CPU with an average VID at best, you will need to increase the voltage considerably as you ramp up the speed,

now lets get down to it, but set the CPU voltage to to ~1.44v instead of ~1.42v, apply the rest of the setting, save and exit, let me know how it goes thumb.gif

Won't boot up with the settings that you gave me and the voltage of ~1.44
Also I noticed that with 2.00B my RAM is at 700mhz instead of 800mhz

of course it's at 700Mhz, cause 2.00B with a 333 latch gives you a 1:1 FSB:DRAM ratio, i told to use this latch just to make sure that your DDR2 stick isn't the problem,

anyway

try the following config now

CPU clock raito = 7

CPU host frequency = 400Mhz

PCI Express frequency = 100Mhz

performance enhance = standard

(G)MCH frequency latch = 333

system memory multiplier = 2.00B

CPU voltage = ~1.44v (if LLC is off)

CPU termination = 1.300v

increase your DRAM voltage from 1.8v to 2.0v

save and reboot

Still won't boot, also I forgot to mention that I do not have the LLC option available if that makes any difference...

not having the LLC option doesn't make any difference with the settings i gave you, anyway are your DRAM timings and advanced DRAM timings all set to auto in the bios?

then your MB is holding you back with anything over 343Mhz, it shouldn't be possible for reasons i mentioned before but that's the only logical explanation,

as a last resort, what's your motherboard bios version?
