AS title describes I have a problem.. So I just got a new-used cpu and everything and all set up but one of my sticks isn't showing up and i am pretty sure I didn't break anything while I was waiting for CPU.

It shoes up in bios

What sticks are you using?
What version of Windows are you using (23 or 64 bit)?
How are you checking for the sticks in Windows?

4 x 2gb gskil 6-8-6 pi ram 1600mhz set at 6-8-6 1700 f3-12800CL6D-4GBPI
windows 8 professional 64bit
and checking with task manager and cpuid
Task says 4gb available 3 of 8slots used, cpuid says triple channel memory configuration.

I had a c2 sroky 3930k a week ago in it and everything ran fine now only diff is C1 srok9

I tried taking the sticks out and reseating them and that wasn't the issue I have some other sticks I can check but it'd be a pain

BUMP still in trouble

Try using only one ram and test every single stick out to find which one is defective
I heard memtest64 is good memory checker

no sticks are defective I found the slot causing trouble and used a different stick and no way slot c of every one of my kits is faulty. I have 4 kits and 2 spare sticks of the same kit I am using and swapped those out.
