What sort of stats can I see on the cooler if I install the CorsairLink 2 software?

Nothing; there is no USB header communicating with the Corsair Link 2 Software so it wont even read a non "i" product. The H100i has a USB header that allows Corsair Link Software to be used, the H100 doesnt.

if you have the 3pin plugged into mobo header that fan rpm is it and then download realtemp and it will tell you temps, not sure which version of realtemp is optimized for your setup though
