When I clean installed Windows 7 on my PC, I got the latest graphics drivers from the NVIDIA website. I had no prior graphics drivers because I just did a clean install of W7. Well, I tried to run the NVIDIA installer twice and both times it failed. It made alot of NVIDIA folders on my PC but everything failed. I ended up using the disc and installing the old drivers and then updated to the new ones. It seems like you always have to use the disc as a base and then upgrade to the newer drivers. Why is that?
