[BTG] Big Disappointment, Battlefield 4 running on PC with Xbox One controller at PAX Prime - Page 5

I was told the Xbox One was easy to code for and easier to port over since it has the same API as PC.. yet they showed off PS4 footage weeks ago and couldn't pull off XB1 footage now

^ Told by who? I'm not saying it's wrong but I'm not saying it's right either but both consoles run on the x86 architecture which is easy to code for as it's been around for quite awhile. The PS4 is using openGL 4.2 API and X-one is using DX11 both of which are used on PC but DirectX is far more commonly used for AAA Titles. That said no multi-plat title is running on the new consoles yet as far as I know and it would be a surprise if any were at PAX.
