I guess you flipped it mate. Higher ASIC scores get you higher overclocks on air at lower voltages. That score is low and you would not get as high a overclock on air as you would do on water. Also, those numbers don't change in any way. Re-applying TIM would just lower your idle temps and load temps

Not really. Actually that's pretty average based on the scores in the 780 owners thread. Remember most 780s are GK110s that didn't pass as Titans or K6000s, so ultra high ASICs aren't likely.

That said, the correlation between ASIC and OC potential has proven loose at best.
