My pc for now. kinda messy.

The stuff bought for this build.

The gtx 760, had to choose this instead of 770 because the case doesnt fit any 770. kinda dissapointed at this part.since its only short few mm

Package from Apes containing Mcres and ek koolant. This is for my H50 mod, hopefully it'll work.

Ive been working on the 3d for this few days, here some rendered image of what ive planning to do for the mod. but this is is "rejected" i didnt like the design tht much because its still looks like ft-03 and its so simple

But here is the final 3d render. hopefully this is what my modding will turn out.

Today (04/09/2013)

Ive receive one of my package. Its the one that most i been waiting for.
Straight from kuching by Niclasteoh.

I kinda shocked, found a pvc pipe in that package. LOL

But the most important thing is that, it is not a mistake, but niclas did that on purpose,
Here is what sit inside those pvc tube.

see how many layer of paper wrapping he did to secure the CCFL uv Tube inside.

Here is the content f the package, Koolance Uv Reactive 1/4' id tube and UV CCFL nano series (135mm) tube

The package hbeen the most that iwaited for because with it now i can proceed with my H50 MOD!

Here is all the part i needed to do the mod
-tube 1/4' id
-h50
-Mcres
-1/4'' xompression fittings
-Ekoolant
-Cable ties

Next the first thing to do is, remove the screw below the h50 cover, so that the cover can be disassemble from the pump.

Now that the shroud can be take off, i need to unscrew the screw between the two tube, then gently pull off the tube, and the liquid inside will flow out. Prepare a basin for this.

Now that the pump and radiator are separated, i need to cut the tube off the radiator.

After cut the tube, i need to slowly cut the remain of using knife, becuse underneath the tube, is the steel barb connected to the radiator.

Now that the radiator barb exposed, i need to cut the other end of the tube which have a plastic barb tht connected to the pump.

Here is the barb

Next, i continue with assembling the loop together,

Then i did my leak test for two hours, using distilled water first

After everytg is working very well, i decide to mount the pump on th cpu.
Here are the naked i5!

With the mounting installed,

Now i install the pump nto the cpu,

And then onto the mobo tray, together with the res and radiator,

Next i mod the psu part, where i cut abit the piece so that i can install the psu vertically instead of horizontally,
This will not block the view of the H50 pump and also provide more space for the res, since this is a very small case.

Ready for the DREMEL!

It is super ugly! i will file t later, & i dont care much since people wont be able to see it. U can see that it is directly above the Mcres

The whole part assemble together. with the vertical psu.

Now with coolant and uv light installed!

The Colortrail Sleeve also have arrived.

Sorry for the late update, continue from the previous update.

Now i will show the laser cut off most of my item which done on 3mm clear acrylic. which then will be paint.

So the first thing i bent is the res holder.
i made two so that i can have option of which one fit the best

Here the first one the left from the above pic

Here the one that is on the right

Next i move to the radiator and fan cover.

Since i cut out the upper part to oriented the psu vertically, i made a new holder for it, here it is

Here are the test fitting of the cover and holder

So now we goin to bent the gpu shroud cover.

see how it turns out from the flat acrylic sheet into this beauty
smile.gif

but using skil heatgun does need a lot of patient.

The shroud on the gpu.

To paint n attached the acrylic i only use bosny matte black, ace green flourescent and anchor sparkling black. While the acetone to glue the acrylic

Now we proceed to the cpu block cover.

to bent all around like this is very2 hard, unless if u have a straight heater like the one use by tantric.

Next we go to the spray painting.

Feast your eye
smile.gif

This is the side panel window with hexagon pattern engrave on it

The Cpu block cover.

This is the front intake fins.

The psu cable also has been sleeved.

The Gpu cover

Now we go to the most important part the front panel.

This is the top part.

The most hardestt part to bent, n i failed it.

this is why i failed, got cracked on the edges, thank god i use 3mm since its thick just a small crack wont affect the panel

Test fitting

Spray painting

And then later i got some more crack. the panel suddenly crack when brush acetone to glue the part. i dont know why but all the previous part i attached using the acetone works just fine.

then i attached it back using small part of acrylic using super glue my last option. since all other part i brush with the acetone crack

Now it almost near to completion

some more
here is the place i put my ssd and hdd, i kinda sacrrifice my usb for this. LOL

Sneak Peek of the final product, got lots of update upcoming! with new WC stuff!!

So i buy new keyboard and mouse to match the them, what else could be the best to match my color theme other than RAZER!,
so i buy deathstalker and deathadder 2013, which both have green light
