This build is absolutely awesome man! Major props! I'm so surprised you modded the H50 pump. It's like 2/3 the flow and power of the smaller Antec 620's or similar Astek low profile pumps.

But anywho...

How are you making your bends to the acrylic? 1. How do you prefer to heat the acrylic and 2nd how do you make those tight bends with such precision? If you could post some pics and a little writeup on how you do that'd be great!!!!

I need to make a GPU cover with fan mounts for my modded GTX670 and I've been waiting on some help to find the best process for bending acrylic...

Some more updates.
The psu kinda expose this way so i like to make it more beautiful.

I put the vinyl sticker on it,

With the mobo on.

And then the partition i made, it divide the space for wire to go messy with the other hardware. & this one is not laser cut wink.gif dremel only.

On a different angle

Here are the 24 pin wire. well its kinda useless for me to sleeve hahah.

The res and pump already in place. for the pump i use velcro to install it. makes it easier for me and also it reduce the vibration and sound abit i think.

Its been a loooooooonnnggggg day for me. i took almost a day to bend each one of the tube to perfection! and this is all the one thats good to be use.
Out of 2 meter! only this are left and useable.

my advice. if u use a small case make sure u know what u r doing before choose to use rigid tube, and also buy 90deg fittins, it make ur job alot easier and faster.

Wow. Great updates man. You just plumbed an FT-03 with acrylic tubing with no angled fittings. applaud.gif

Verry nais smile.gif What fittings do you use on the VGA blocks? What diameter I/O is your tubing? Does your card have built in temp sensors at VRM and VRAM?

I also did a build with EK Universal GPU blocks CHECK IT HERE
