Simply using disk utilty or right clicking the ISO and selecting burn to a DVD at the slowest speeds is what I do. Works like a charm and I don't have any issues.

I got a folder with Windows installation files, not an ISO image. I want to be able to make a bootable ISO image with the contents from the folder. The thing on using Disk Utility is that it makes an ISO, but it doesn't include the boot information to make the ISO image bootable. Sure, if you simply copy your existing Windows ISO image or disk, it will be bootable. This is not the case. I am looking for an option to add in the boot information to create the bootable ISO image from the Windows installation files.

You need an ISO, not the files.... Which version of windows? Windows 7? if so

There are download links (provided by Microsoft) to LEGALLY get ahold of a working ISO image and save yourself this issue. There are boot files and various other things that are put into a windows install ISO that cannot be down by simply copying a folder.
