IMO a bigger "problem" is confusing the cause with the result, talking about smoothing when input lag is the issue.

I wonder why your are stick to 1600dpi?

Shouldn't be cm / 360 ingame the measurement overall? I try to get about 45cm / 360 in every game, whatever the dpi is set.
Important that the dpi setting is set to a native step, but afterwards I would adjust the ingame sense.

Am I wrong?
