10x AP-14 a bad idea?

I will use them in push+pull on my radiators.

- Are they good as intake/exhaust fans aswell?
- Will 10x AP-14 (1450 rpm) be loud?
- Should I go for AP-14 on radiators and AP-13 (1150 rpm) as intake/exhaust?

Thanks!

I might be a better idea to get AP14/15 and some sort of fan controller so you can adjust the fan speed exactly to your needs...

Can't bother with fan controllers, sorry smile.gif.

Well nobody will be able to tell you what's gonna be "loud" to you...
Personally i wouldnt consider AP14 loud at all, but they are definitely audible and some people don't like the tone of their bearing.

The thing is, let's say you don't need the rpms of the AP14, because your temps are fine using them at 1000rpm or lower, why would you want to run them louder than necessary at 1450rpm wink.gif And will P/P even be worth it?

But all that is impossible to judge since we don't know the specific needs of your build in terms of performance/noise...
Anyway, generally speaking, the AP14/13 combo is not a bad idea smile.gif

Thank you smile.gif

Atm, I have like 8 SP120's/AF120's (Quiet Edition) running at 9-12v and I think they are a bit too loud.
