Precision X Linked or Un-Linked Power/Temp Target?

Thread Starter
So I have a GTX Titan and am going to test out lowering the temp target from the default 80c to 75c. However, as I drag the slider down, the power target lowers accordingly (unless the two are unlinked)

Should I leave it linked?

Thanks!!
