I'm using the Z77 Stinger currently. I've had no issues with mine since the BIOS update (although a UEFI would've been nice.) That being said, I think the Asus is the better value feature-wise at only $10 more than the Stinger Z87...I do think the Stinger is the better looking board though...redface.gif

Evga had it right with the original Classified on X58 back when Shamino was on their MB team.

I still can't find a review of the Z87 Stinger...

Is it one of those ' Would rather not say anything than say something bad' thing? Hopefully not...

Personally, the Evga motherboard is priced too high for the amount of features it has. It's like a downgraded Impact. It has a higher PCB layer count and more audio jacks ill give you that, but if you pay 10 dollars more you get much better audio and better VRM solution and much more. I am not dissing on the Evga Stinger, it is a good board and with the newly upgraded UEFI bios and new VRM solution + better onboard audio. It will overclock fine but i just think there is no point buying the stinger when all you have to do is pay 10 bucks more and get a completely upgraded version of the stinger, better in everyway which is the Impact
