Cracked me up - even though it sounds a bit mean. But we all know that it is just loveable teasing.

A mate of mine has an amd 8 core and he wanted to have a benchmark comp versus my 3930k. So before he came over I down clocked my 3930k to 2ghz versus his 5ghz. As a joke once we started the benchmarks I still beat him. He got so excited look how close it is then when I cranked it up to 4.8ghz and redid the test he didn't say a word. I honestly though a 5ghz amd would beat out the 3930k at 2ghz but it didn't lol.

Very cool cpu, am looking into building my next cpu with either the 4820k or the 4930k. Just waiting to see if they get the bios issues resolved.
As far as that new AMD @5ghz stock cpu is concerned, I believe my 2500k@3.3ghz smokes that thing horribly!!
Just another mess from American Microchip Corporation
