MicroSD cards.

Thread Starter
I had a phone with a microSD card in the past, and I can honestly say it was an awful experience. My music library would constantly fail to load. Everything was slow and unresponsive. So I vowed never to use one again and just settle with the 64GB iPhone.
Anyway, it's time for me to get a new phone, and I've since realised the problems were due to a rubbish microSD card, class 4 Sandisk. Which I believe has a transfer rate of 4MB/s.

Anyway, to cut to the chase, I've been looking between the 64GB Sandisk Ultra and the Extreme, which have read speeds of 30MB/s and apparently 80MB/s for the Extreme. Anyone have an experience with these? I'm trying to justify the extra £20 for the speed difference, but I can hardly see it being of any use on a mobile phone.

I have the ultra in my GS4 and the speed on it is more than sufficient, definitely would recommend getting that one, especially with the price difference.
