3930k or 4770k?

Hey guys, I am going to be rebuilding my PC and am stuck between the 3930k or the 4930k. I like the 3930k because of the 6 cores and extra ram for video editing, however, the 4770k has better gaming performance and is cheaper. However, I am paying for an integrated gpu that I will never use and it has some kind of heat dissipate problem. I am planning on running one or two AMD 9970's and have everything on water. What do you guys think?

If you feel that you will be editing a lot, the extra 2 cores on the 3930k will be super useful. It ultimately depends on if your willing to spend the money. If you can afford it, I would go with it! thumb.gif

Honestly, the 3930k will beat out the 4770k in most cases and when it is beat out, only lose by a little, if you have the money, go for it. Also, you could wait and get the 4930k.
