For cases here are the best options I can think of:
Sub $50- NZXT Source 210
$100 - Fractal Design R4
$150- Silverstone RV03
$180-200 -Silverstone RV02 or FT04
$250- Silverstone FT02
$250+ Custom by Caselabs or Mountain Mods.

I went with the NZXT Switch 810 Matte Black... Newegg had a good price.
Picked up a 5 channel nzxt fan controller too.

I will add a rad up top, and down below when I switch to water...
Looks like this case will work fine for 150 bucks.

Should be excellent, just watch out, it's mostly plastic so be careful.

and choose as heatsink a Silverstone Heligon HE01

Why would you want to run your psu at full capacity? Even if it can handle the amount of amps on the 12v rail, I've been taught you want at least a size up since peak efficiency is around 80-90%. I'd go 850w for sli 780's and a 4770k. Even if total usage is around 600 watts. It's also nice to have some OC headroom too.

I went with a 850 Seasonic - SeaSonic X Series X-850 (SS-850KM3 Active PFC F3)

It should be fine
I'm hoping it's enough for a pump and some fans as well...
