Hello

Im building my first PC and i'd like to use double GPU , however I think one of the GPUs are damaged/used item but it should be " new " but it doesnt seem that way , cause the other one looks much better ( no scratches, twisted ribs, dry liquid thing on the pipe etc. ) and I'd like to test it first one by one , before I SLI.

Now I wonder if I install OEM windows with 1 card in it , and add same card later ( SLI ) will it be still possible as I'd have OEM windows? I have heard once you install it , you cannot change some hardware parts or it will be a problem.

Thanks

I think you are referring to the windows license being affected by changing hardware?? I think that this only affect changing the Motherboard/CPU - it asks you to reactivate windows.

Changing other components like RAM/GPU will not affect your Windows license.

Maybe someone else can shed a bit more light on this.

thank you for your reply , yeye thats exactly what I mean , so you say it is only related to the MOBO/CPU ? anyway speaking of testing GPU should I install everything and then stress the card with some GPU test or is there way to test it before installing the OS ? Thanks again!

Yeah, you will need to stress test the card from Windows, so the OS will have to be installed first...
