That was my number 1 dilemma. When I first got a 24 inch screen I was like WOW its huge. I thought bigger would be bad but than I craved for a bigger screen. I got the 27 inch and it was bad for a day maybe but now I hope to get a 39 inch 4K monitor one day :)
Not sure my eyes will love it though.
3D is great on few games btw. The technology is great but most developers do not take advantage of it. WHen it is done, it is perfect but not many games are great.
3D was also the number 1 factor for me to get a 120hz screen last year but it dissapointed me at the end. 120hz 2D was just much better than 3D because of 3D issues.
I am waiting on Ocolus Rift to come out so we can enjoy virtual reality in any setup.
