I really don't want to make this a flame war i even said the points i think that make AMD a good card i just pointed out the one issue that i have with AMD which is they take forever to fix driver issues which for AMD took over a year to fix the Crossfire issue. Now they are fine but lets see when the 9XXX series come out if they have any issues and if they do how long it will take them to fix.

calm down, dude. just asking if that was resolved already. that's all. so, everyone in nvidia is happy with the latest DRIVER? if you say yes, then i'll believe you.

Yes, 320.49 is an awesome driver, didn't have a single problem with it. Currently using the newest beta driver, and no issues with it either.

I didn't mean to come off as angry or mad. I just get frustrated when i try to give advice on this topic and i get the brand loyalist coming to argue my points (I'm not trying to say you are one) but there are people her on both sides that love to argue on the topic and I did not want to start an argument. Like i said before there really isn't much difference between the brands right now. They trade blows and i think they are about the same level. I just happen to prefer one over the other but i wouldn't mind recommending AMD over nvidia if it fit your needs better.

They are both good and its just a matter of preference.

Sorry if i came of as angry did not mean to at all. thumb.gif

Asking if AMD is better then Nvidia is like asking if blue is a better color then red
its subjective, it comes down to how much you want to pay and what your looking for
