what about the noctua nh-d14 will it keep the temps at 65

An NH-d14 is not overkill as @ 4.7ghx you need all the cooling you can get! The NH-D14 fits your case fine 160mm high and case can take up to 180mm (may have to remove the fan, not sure). In some reviews that I have read the d14 Noctua fans seem to struggle a little with AMD cooling at lower OC's than you are contemplating so perhaps putting it underwater is your only realistic option.

Can you please give me a link for one of this reviews?

Sure, here you go: http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/cooling/2010/01/05/noctua-nh-d14-cpu-cooler-review/1

The comments about struggling with temps on an AMD overclock is on page 4.

While the cooling of the NH-D14 on the Intel sockets was good, moving to AMD’s Socket AM2+ saw the NH-D14 really struggle.

Not having an AMD rig I am unsure as to the reviews accuracy!
