Its up to you if you dont want to believe me, you're the one losing fps.
I estimate about a 30-40 fps gain with the same settings if that HD7750 was paired with a quadcore.
You could also ask jason387 here, he had an Athlon II X2 overclocked to 4ghz and it was still bottlenecking his HD6770

Gotta vouche for this dude. But hey it was the Gtx 650Ti that the Athlon II x2 was bottlenecking. I was definitely getting less fps and with my 6770 and a dual core and getting a new cpu like the FX 6300 would have increased performance but that would be attributed only towards my cpu and not gpu. With my Athlon II X2 my gpu usage was always at 99% for every game. But this was at max settings. When I changed the settings from ultra to high the load increased on the cpu and my gpu usage would fluctuate. With the settings maxed out at 1366x768 my 6770 was not being bottlenecked but when lower the settings it was. Also tested the 6770 with a Phenom II x4 at the same resolution on max settings and there was no difference except for crysis 3 and BF3. Sold it to my friend so tested the 6770 with his Phenom II x4 at 1366x768. However, my gtx 650Ti was being held back by my Athlon II x2 very badly. Gpu usage was in the 60's.
