Have you tried resetting the BIOS settings to defaults? I've also taken some screens of my BIOS settings so you can maybe use them as reference, not sure they'll be of much help but you seem to have some things different from mine.

Thanks alot for your help man I followed that and still nothing. I even factory reset my machine and still nothing yet my old card is recognised instantly. This us the first time iv upgraded a card but im starting to think its faulty now.

No problem, I just know that if I upgraded and the card didn't work, I'd be absolutely gutted. That sucks, take it back and get it swapped or refunded. You can't really be sure if it is actually the card and not the PSU cables etc until try another one though, so I hope it goes well and you get it sorted with little fuss. I love my MSI 670, never had any real problems with it other than one's I've caused XD and it overclocks like a beast.
