AMD FX-8350 VS. i5-3570k

Thread Starter
With this new rig I am getting I was originally going with the i5-3570k but then I saw some of the benchmarks of the FX-8350 and was torn, I understand that they are somewhat neck and neck when it comes to gaming and was wondering what you guys thought, my rig is

RAM: 2x8GB DDR3 G.Skill 1866MHz ram
Cooler: Hyper 212 Evo
Graphics Card: Gigabyte non reference GTX 770 overclocked to 1137MHz with a 1189MHz boost with 2 GB gddr5 memory

I believe those are all the components that would affect the CPU seeing as the motherboard would have to change for the AMD. I was going to try and take the i5-3570k to 4.2-4.4GHz so I would be looking at a similar overclock with the FX-8350. So at these speeds what would you guys thing is the better CPU for gaming with this setup on a single 1080p monitor. I will also be posting this on the intel CPU thread to try and get arguments from both sides.

If I am missing anything just say so and I will fix it
All input appreciated
Thanks Guys.
