Will the Hero be less durable and have less quality put into it then the formula
post #2 of 3
for what ive read only the OC abilities and audio are not as good on the hero. The formula seems to not have any in deph reviews so I cannot know if shellin out even $300 would be worth it as i hear the GD65 is just as good if not better.

I doubt the quality of the either is much different. The formula does have better audio section, with more elna caps and some red ones, also the armor and backplate, also comes with the WIFI module that the GENE comes, weather all of this makes up for $80-100 difference, idk, this is more up to you. I'm also considering either of those as im going back to ATX, but the MSI Z87 G65 and Mpower SP seems tempting aswell.
