Gigabyte's "POST error occurs!" Safe Mode

Hello everyone,
I have been trying to reach a stable overclock for the past few days and i have finally tweaked a stable OC for my X3 720 BE at 3.5Ghz within AMD's recommended voltage,
The only problem is that my Gigabyte mobo keeps defaulting me back to my normal FSB on a cold restart which is 200Mhz but i bumped that up to 208Mhz to reach a stable OC.
Which makes the BIOS flickers a warning saying "***** System Voltage NOT Optimized!! *****" in red, but that is normal because i'm manually optimizing voltage.

It only happens on a cold restart though once i get into the bios and re-apply the OC FSB setting, the warm restart boots normally, only when i shutdown and power up again;
That post error appears and you have to re-apply the OC's FSB each time on a cold restart:

My OC: 3.536Ghz ran 8 hours of prime95 blend test with no errors, temps min:30c max:43c, could have gotten more speed on the same voltage if my 3rd core didn't suck as much :|

I'm almost positive it does that because of the flickering "***** System Voltage NOT Optimized!! *****" warning; but how can i set the FSB above 200Mhz without that warning ?
Is there an option in the bios to disable this "Safe Mode" feature to make the bios ignore the warning and boot into my OC from a cold restart ?

Please help!
Thanks.

I fixed it by updating/flashing my bios from F2C to the F12 bios.. in-case someone was having the same problem.
