Final draft for motherboard shroud. Not sure if I'm gonna add graphics.

Acrylic bending session. Right angles are starting to come out ok. Not perfect, but good enough.

Was supposed to be done with my build this weekend, but got sent a damaged radiator and Piss looking coolant from PerformancePCs. Only thing that arrived safe were the 2 Primochill Revolver fittings.

Funny how the fittings came with far better padding than the radiator lol

Rads come in a box w/ some slim bubble wrap and that's it. I've seen this on other brands so its not an alphacool thing.
Primochill manufactures and packages their acrylic fittings w/ foam. My guess is to avoid them from rolling into each other and chipping the paint. But this is how primochill manufacturers this product.

Ultimately, ppcs,.com is responsible for packing these things properly in the shipping container w/ the right packing material. Through experience, i have had packages from them bloated w/ packing material and some with very minimal material. I'm sure they'll help once you get a hold of them.

I'm also on standby. EK has yet to release the CSQ BE block and by the time the retailers get time, it should be a good couple of weeks or more frown.gif.

Looking lovely so far thumb.gif

So many things have gone wrong. My EK r4Be acetal top has a shiny spot that I can't get rid of. This is the reason I never start a project until I have everything on hand. I hate waiting on parts and sadly none of my local computer ships carry the stuff I want.

Thanks, I can't wait to be done.

Same here, delays and setbacks. All i can do is just wait and hope to get them resolved eventually.

I almost just want to get the dent out, leak test the rad and if its good use it.

That sucks about your rad. I guess I've been lucky with my orders, or I have good delivery guys here because everything I've ordered from them (and FrozenCPU) have come in with no issues at all. Personally, I'd send the rad back and just wait. You never know if that impact caused some micro fracture that's just waiting to burst a few months down the road.

Yeah PPCs just sent me a replacement with a return label. And I'm still debating between red or green EK coolant. All the clear fluid they have is yellowish.

The rad I bought from FrozenCPU arrived with a few bent fins, nothing major.
