i don't play many games...with uni starting soon i don't think i'll play anything besides ocasional dota2 or starcraft 2....i don't use side buttons but if they are good i might use them for software macro's....but again i would prefer a durable matt mouse if possible because i hate how my krait would always be dirty and i wouldn't be able to clean it....and in terms of performance ...since krait days years ago....i think anything would do good...i just want it to last because tbh i'm still ok with the mouse....the scroll is a bit of a pain though because you have to apply a lot of pressure to scroll...and because i have a large hand i think a mouse bit bigger would do good

I want to know what you think regarding its reported "smoothing" algorithm.

Your monitor and etc. might be important.

Does the DeathAdder 2013 track well, and what mousepad and sensitivity setting are you using?
