Im trying to run Dxtory & msi afterburner together but msi makes dxtory crash or vice versa.
Im not very good with this sort of thing but does anyone know if theres a way to run them both together.
Thank you in advance..

Are you trying to run the OSD of both together? I would imagine there may well be a conflict in that case, since there's a chance they both use the same OSD tech.

Then the osd of either must be the problem. Try running afterburner without its osd. Also, there are many circumstances where on screen display won't work at all, so I don't think it's uncommon to find such a problem. What are you trying to achieve btw? Maybe there would be an alternative for you.
