Does that save to the bios? Or does that have to run everytime you boot up windows?

You make your settings in CBII and click "apply". It then asks you "Restart now or restart later". Restart the puter and the settings are saved to the bios and it will stay like that until you change it.

Since you are very concerned about stability I must say that I am having problems with ram stability. The thing will run just fine for hours and then suddenly it's like something zaps all the ram and it starts running poorly. If I'm stress testing it crashes. Sure do wish I knew what it is doing that. In IBT it shows the amount of available ram and it will drop from 14 gb to 5 gb.

But I can't say the board is doing it.
