That was only in benchmarks.

Hey, so is this 7600GT "unlock" thing only for AGP or has anyone here tried it on PCI-e?

Hey,

I just changed the settings in Rivatuner and seem to get about EDIT 3.000 poinnts more in Aquamark 3. So it kinda works for me.

I had an 6800 XT and with that you could, and I did, really unlock extra pipelines wich gave you extra performance. When I compare that to this, then no, I don't think it's really pipeline unlocking as some of you said there are only 12 for the 7600 GT core wich I agree with.

Nice find nevertheless
Rep +1

You got 3.000 more points? That is; three point zero, zero, zero more points, right? Not 3,000 (three thousand)? LOL, is that just a really bad typo? How many extra points did you get?

Hmmm, might give this a try with my Inno3D 7600GT if yours worked. Shame there was no performance increase though .

Highly-Annoyed

Sorry I am Dutch, in the Netherlands we write numbers that exceed thousand and are less then a million with dots, example: five-hundred thousand is written as "500000" or "500.000". Get it?

But I ment 3,000 as you americans type it, so three thousand points. Which leads me up from 81,000 to 84,000 in Aquamark

No performance increase really? that was the first thing I noticed when running games. AQM3 only gave me about 3000 more point aswell, but drivers can cause that to happen from time to time so I never mentioned it. On my son Iswear I have a performance increase while gaming.

He he, I didn't know that was how you wrote/typed numbers, it confused me. What do you use if you want to write five hundred point zero, zero, nine? Do you use commas?

Yeah, I haven't tried it yet, I was referring to an earlier post where a guy said he didn't see any performance increase after the mod. I'm still debating as to whether I want to give the mod a try or not .

We write it as 5,006(.)
We only use the dot for time and thousands.

But you should give it a try, it's not really lethal

Let me know what the results are, because I'm seriously considering giving this a try with my card.
