AMD FX 6300 Battlefield 3

Thread Starter
Hey all, i have a AMD FX 6300 @4ghz and a Radeon 7750 at stock speed. When i play Battlefield with everything on LOW settings. i'm getting from 19-23 FPS and lag horribly. can someone tell me why? and how to fix this? also i get about 90% CPU usage when playing which seems high. Can someone tell me how to fix this? Also if this info helps: BF3 is on a regular hard drive. my OS in on my SSD. i have 8GB of RAM @1600mHz and a corsair H60 cooling my CPU. and my graphic temps are about 58 celsius and my CPU is about 50 celsius when playing. i also have efficient cooling through out my case so nothing is over heating. i did stress test my CPU when i overclocked and there was no errors. (i overclocked months ago). Thanks!

I'm guessing, but if you could up that oc to about 4.4 or 4.5 you would probably be better off.

ehhh... i can't push it past 4.1 without changing the Voltage. And i'm not very good with overclocking so i dont wanna fry my CPU. how much should i up the voltage? right now it's sitting on about 1.260

I think it's your gpu holding you back not your cpu. What's your gpu usage? This is with multiplayer?
This is what you should be getting-

The problem is not the cpu...

change your gpu to something higher like a 7870 perhaps.

OP even an Athlon II x2 250 wouldn't bottleneck a Radeon 7750. I preciously had an Athlon II x2 250 and a 6770 and it was never bottlenecked.
