Is SSD price dropping or raising?

I used to think SSD price/GB would keep deceasing because I thought this new technology would get more mature in light speed, but seem like I am wrong! I bought a 60GB SSD in like 1.5 years ago, but the price of it doesn't drop at all, and seem like it is raising. So SSD technology cannot really improve a lot already, like the speed per core of cpu? Or just the ram factories accidents in these years including recent fire one makes SSD price keeps at the same pace for years?

The price is dropping, but not for low-capacity drives, due to what I would guess is low overhead. A few years back, if you wanted a ~250GB SSD in Norway, you'd have to cash out about the equvilant of 500$. Now, it's around 200$.
