going to order a qnix - question about warranty from ipsledmonitors.com

Going to order a qnix monitor from ipsledmonitors.com. They offer a 3 year warranty for $49.99, or I can get a squaretrade for the same price.

ipsledmonitors.com is so new that I have no idea if they will even exist after 3 years, so I am thinking of getting a squaretrade.

Anyways, what I am wondering about is I know they offer a 30 day return period where you can send it back for a refund, but does this 30 day also include RMA'ing the unit? It seems like you get the same service whether you buy their extended warranty or not, its just the warranty adds 3 years to the 30 day guarantee.

I am going to call tomorrow(if not open then monday) if no one here knows as they are closed currently. But I am just itching to order so if someone knows for sure I will buy today.

30 days does not include the rma process. It does however include the initial shipping time. 30 days from original product order date.

Ipsledmonitors.com got back to me today on my question, fortunately you are wrong. They say that the standard policy is 30 days to return/RMA the unit. The offer a 3 year warranty that merely extends this offer to 3 years.
