Silverstone which case to get from their line-up. - Page 2

Here is a short summary of the differences between RV04 and FT04:

Exterior
RV04 – plastic
FT04 – aluminum

Front door
RV04 – one piece cast design with open/free-flowing design
FT04 – unibody aluminum frame with acoustic angled vents

Included fans
RV04 – two 180mm AP181 with three speeds (600/900/1200rpm)
FT04 – two 180mm AP182 with variable speeds (500 ~ 2000rpm)

Interior insulation
RV04 – no side panel vents
FT04 – no side panel vents, foam on interior panels and door

Both cases will give you top-notch air cooling performance with the ability to run quietly. In terms of cooling efficiency, they are hard to beat!

Can you tell us when will the non-window versions of FT04/RV04 be available?

The current production ramp up for RV04 and FT04 has been really difficult for us so there is no immediate schedule on non-window versions yet.

Thank you Silverstone, this sums it up a lot. I decided to go with a FT04 in a week or two. I never brought anything from you guys, I hope the customer service is good as corsair.
