PSU questions

Thread Starter
Hello, just hoping to get some recommendations/ answers here. first off, thanks to anyone who reads this, any help is greatly appreciated . so here goes.

currently in my system i have an FX-8350 overclocked to 4.6 ghz at stock voltage and a single 7950 with a slight OC as well. i have found a pretty good deal from a friend on two more 7950s but need to know what kind of power i need for them. what we are looking at is two XFX DD 7950s and my current gigabyte 7950 so here are my questions

1. is my current Thermaltake 750 watt PSU enough? (i dont believe it is)

2. Any recommendations for a PSU that would support these?

thanks in advance for any help! thumb.gif

Dont bother looking at the XFX DD cards they suck

They cant cool worth a damm and they are loud at the same time

And your 750 watts is enough but its not that great a PSU

Sure its not bad but its not great either

Get another psu. I would go around 1000 if you are doing some good overclocks.
